Activate your JSI SmartAdvantage Account
Introduction
All JSI SmartAdvantage services are access with a single account. This document describes the process of activating and using your new SmartAdvantage account to access services such as Business Analytics, and Network Operations.
Important note: JSI Uses OneLogin to host the authentication servers, so emails related to account activation and password related issues will come from OneLogin
Receiving an Account
Your account will be created for you by the JSI product team based on information provided during the on-boarding process.
Activating Your Account
After the JSI team has created your account you will receive an email from noreply@onelogin.com. If you are waiting for an email and believe you should have received it please check your junk mail. You may also wish to add noreply@onelogin.com to your safe senders list.
Click the link shown and you will be taken to the JSI Portal to choose a password. Enter a password that meets the requirements and click SUBMIT.
You will now be taken back to the sign in page.
Signing in with Your Account
Go to https://www.jsiportal.com to reach the sign in page and enter your Username (which should be your email address), then click Continue.
Enter your password and click Continue
For convenience, you may wish to add the OneLogin extension to your browser. Otherwise choose skip.
You should now be at the portal main screen with your SmartAdvantage apps shown in the list. If you are missing an app or have issues accessing a specific app, please contact either the JSI support team or your JSI product owner for support.
